    Findhorn Social Enterprise Hub

    Ekopia Resource Exchange Ltd have been awarded funding to build and establish a Social Enterprise Hub, the aim of which is to provide a collaborative, supportive and affordable working space for innovative social enterprises in the Moray area.

    Karen Sutherland has been awarded funding to improve Macbeth’s Hillock from a currently undervalued tourist destination to a focal point in the promotion of Moray as the home of Macbeth.

    Redevelopment of our 'much loved' skate park

    ​Kerbs has been awarded LEADER funding for the redevelopment of the skate park in Keith. The need for a skate park was identified about 17 years ago by the local community and the fund raising began.

    Reach Out and ReBoot Plastics and Waste Project

    Moray Reach Out (MRO) have been awarded funding to work in collaboration with fellow social enterprise ReBOOT to share information, expertise and knowledge to develop their recycling and training enterprises. The idea is to carry out a practical feasibility study to establish a greater understanding about plastics in Moray and ways to process and use the plastic waste they receive from their customers.

The Scottish Crofting Federation (SCF) have been awarded funding for the, which is based on the idea of Social Crofting/Care Farming, the concept of green care i.e. the promotion of social, mental and physical wellbeing through working of the land.

    Global Ecovillage Network have been awarded funding for a Preparatory Project intended to promote a larger transnational cooperation project between EU-based LEADER partners, including Global Ecovillage Network (GEN) and tsiMORAY, to support cross-collaboration that leads to ecovillage development in Moray communities.
